3/28 Fasting blood sugar is 6.8 mmol/L.
My son gave me his illness...ugh. Yesterday afternoon I developed a Sinus headache with ears hurting and lungs trying to kick back the infection. Sleeping lots and not much of an appetite. Water with lemon juice & stevia are my new friend atm or at least until I can get some Canada Dry Zero Sugar Ginger Ale.
