Hi All! - Way too busy the last few days with meetings and deskwork! I have found it hard to get some exercise in but I hope to get some good walking in before I have to fly out to attend some nursing conferences. Good news is I have lost a little since my last weigh-in so the diet plan is working and that is a real good feeling. It seems like I am getting better at eating smaller portions rather than what I was doing before picking up the pace on following my diet plan. Munchies get to me still but it is nice knowing that my portion control is getting better. I am finding that I do not have to have that "full" feeling all the time so that is good as well.

JodyR, Thanks, I am going to try to work on my potion control too. Waiting on that "full" feeling is what gets me out of control.

Jody with your busy schedule keep ing up with your plan is huge ! Get your walking when you can , you are doing great!!

Great job for losing some weight! Maybe portion control is helping you. I am trying to cut down myself. Keep up the good work!
