Last night I tried a recipe to make Peanut Butter cookies using 1 cup peanut butter, 3/4 cup sweetener, 1 egg. Yeah, not impressed with the texture nor the flavour. Even my son said they didn't look cooked all the way. I think that recipe is going to the trash. But hey, at least I gave it the good, ol' college try :P
Have a blessed day everyone ~ I'm off to find a better recipe. But probably not peanut butter cookies...lol.
