Im so sorry that I've gain over the holiday but today is a new day and I'm back in it. My goal will be that I will loose 10 pounds pounds every month. by August=20 pounds lost by october=40 pounds lost by december=60 pounds lost by April=90 pounds lost by july=110 pounds lost by october=130 pounds lost by december=150 pounds lost By january of 2017 I will be at my goal weight if not before at 145 pounds. By april or May I will be under 200 pounds. I can't wait for either one. So wish me good luck. Please give me advice.
