I have been walking to work and home doing 5 miles 3 times a week. I have been going to the gym twice a week. I have been eating well with loads of water being drunk. I didn't lose anything! How is that possible and what else do I have to do to get out of these 90s. I was shattered by the end of last week what with all the exercise etc.
It is difficult putting all my food on the system because I make my own meals and I don't measure I just sling the food in and it is all healthy. It's not my portions unless I need to reduce them even more, but they are already on a side plate. If I go any smaller I will start to get hungry and that is not good.
Not sure if a bit of overindulgence is in order to shock my body and then start again but I already did that and put 10lb on. I lost 9 pounds and am now stagnating….Again!!
