After 4 years, I started the 30 Day Shred again yesterday. I barely got through Level 1, but I did make it. Today, everything but my fingernails hurts. But you know what? I'm one digit down on the scale! That's enough to keep me going. I think I'm too sore to do it again today, but I took two very strong dogs on a brisk one mile walk and got a good sweat on and elevated my heart rate, and it felt good on my sore thighs. I may do that again later today and go back to the Shred tomorrow. At least something is happening, and that's encouraging!
