According to you how much should be the high protien

Yes. Eggs are great but two fat chapati’s are loaded with carbs. Any meal with a calorie to protein ratio of more than 1:10 cannot be considered high protein IMO. Great option if you’re trying to build mass. Examples of high protein are Whey protein, lean pieces of chicken and fish and low fat paneer for vegetarians. Prawns are an excellent source of high protein too with low calories.

Bro Lavin. You need all the macors to build muscle. You cant reduce the amount of carbs according to your goals, you need a surplus calories to buld muscle. My total protien intake is 75g for the past 10 plus year's without supplements. You can checkout my transformation on Instagram - fitwiththomas. Well i have even wasted money on taking protien power and now over the past 10 year's i have saved 12 lakhs. I really don't understand why why people are pushing protien so much. Yes it's important but excess amount is waste if you are a fitness lover. Bodybuilding is diffrent. Most Indian fitness Influencer's are enhanced now and promotion protien power a lot. Well it's business.

who asked?

Thanks for the explanation but do you mean that if you’re calorie intake is not in surplus (and infact in deficit) you will not gain muscle even if you hit you daily Protein requirement. So if you don’t have enough fat and carbs you will not build muscle even if you’re taking enough proteins and are in a calorie deficit?
