Thank you all for your support! Appreciated! It took me 4 months to be in the shape. The first pic was taken on my birthday, 1 month postpartum after baby #2. I was counting my calories and working out 6-7 days per week (about 30-60 mins a day) and this strategy did the magic I lost 10 kg in 4 months, about 2,5 kg in a month. I was consuming about 1600 calories a day and was focused on my protein ingesting.
