I've been doing a tone of cheating lately. about 3 cheat days* a week. Still, all that I gained is about 2lbs. It should diseapper any day now. I couldn't work out for 4 days because I started doing an abs workout. clearly my core is never activated to this extent because i was bruisy and sore for those 4 days! I couldn't cough without it hurting.

I dropped to 165.6 but got back up to 167.8 which is minor but considerable.

Now im gradually re-introducing abs workouts, gently. so I dont lose the strenth but also dont injure myself.

Also, this is my first photo of food! Chia pudding breakfast.

Great looking food. Ab work outs are a funny thing. If you don't do them consistently you get those pains that make moving unpleasant, however it always reminds me of just how many muscles work together with all our movements. Good work, even recognizing the cheat meals.
