早餐:隔夜燕麦拌苹果(燕麦30g、乳清蛋白粉15g、咖啡粉2g、全脂牛奶60g、去皮苹果1个),鸡蛋,生菜,全脂牛奶100g
隔夜燕麦拌苹果很好吃😋
午餐:酸汤水饺(饺子6个、生菜、香醋、酱油、蒜蓉酱、柠檬酱)
晚餐:炒牛杂(牛肉、牛百叶、牛肚、牛舌),炒猪杂(猪肉、猪腰、猪舌、猪心、猪肠),炒苦麦菜,养生花茶
朋友聚餐没拍照片,只拍了一杯养生花茶
