Decent first week really craving indulgent food but trying to consume in moderation and not over indulge or deprive myself has a small handful of candy last night that I didn’t count and some coconut yoghurt I added coco powder too about to get a kids combo at the movies with my bf I’m not going to count that either since my calories are doing good with my other meal back on track tomorrow though
