Iya kak membatasi nasi utk smntara.. mgkn krg lbh 3bln an nanti mo ubah lg pola nya.. tp itu trgantung masing2 ya kak krn kmrn sya trmasuk pengemar nasi 😂🙏 jd sy pkr hrs dibalik..ga makan yg paling disuka.. trs makan yg kmrn ga dimakan (skrg byk makan sayur dan buah)
