PLANT BASED PANCAKES UNDER 400 CAL
Mix together banana sugar free sweetener and 3-4 tbs of water in a bowl until it’s a nice smooth liquid. mix in your oat flour until combined. Use the oil in the pan cook serve with syrup and enjoy.
