Well had a blowout yesterday with a bbq and beer and delicious desserts. My consumption was over by 500 calories and it showed up on the scales this morning. Now into redemption. Really one day is easy to recover within 48 hrs. The damage occurs when it is becomes a constant blowout. Let’s see where I go from here v
