Day 14 of SDL's BLC and I'm down 1 lb so far for this week's challenge. The scale went up again .2 and I'm not going to fight it. Last time that happened, I went down a pound the following day. I will honestly be happy with a 2 pound weight loss each week, even if it knocks me out of the competition. I'm losing inches on my waist and that's the part I hate the most about myself.
Exercise: Walked to Columbia Park and back pushing the jogging stroller- 5 miles 12 minutes on the elliptical
