Morning everyone! I don't really have anything to say other than I'm super grateful to everyone for their support to not only myself but everyone on here. I made the conscious decision to change my eating habits, relationship w/ food and to start exercising approx. 4 months ago. Now this has turned into a life time commitment. (Told my surgeon a few wks ago that a hip replacement wasn't an option for me, no more pain meds due to the exercise and weight loss and he was thrilled!!) I know this sounds sappy but it's in my heart to say thank you to fat secret for the app and to all who support one another. Now some private time w/ my treadmill and bike!!! lol

Good morning and thank you! I've really been struggling the last couple of months. Only losing a couple pounds here and there, until I started a challenge and this wonderful lady. Lady Debbie said that I could do this! And I really am doing it this week. I weighed myself Saturday and was down below the '80s and I've amped up my treadmill activity which includes. Periodic one and two minutes of such a fast pace of walking that I'm actually having to jog lol. And I'm doing my stretching/ yoga that I am required to do in order to not have to have a hip replacement. So all in all, thank you for your kind words as they so tremendously means so much. You've always been so kind. You're one of the very first ones that I've met on here and I truly do appreciate you! Have a fabulous day!
