Today's fasting blood sugar is 6.4 mmol/L. Yay! lol I had Stovies last night which consists of thinly sliced potatoes, thinly sliced onions, leftover gravy and left-over roast beef and seasonings. It's a dish my Dad introduced to our family years ago and he taught my son how to make it. So this Mom didn't have to cook dinner last night ;) woot woots! But because I don't have the recipe, it makes it difficult to register in FS under foods eaten or the amounts. I just made sure I had more meat than vegs in my bowl. However, I can attach a picture ;) Now time for me to go find coffee! Have a great day everyone!
