Well here I am again and I have gained. I am starting over on induction (AGAIN). Today is day 3 and so far so good on carbs, my 2 mile walk everyday will have to wait til it cools down, it is usually running close to 90 by 6am around here! I am going to start with trying Wii for at least an hour every morning until the weather cools down! GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY!
