Well I wasn't feeling 100% sure when it said I was down 9 lbs (in one day) that seemed like a lot in one day. So I wasn't surprised this morning.
Either way, I have been watching what and how much I'm eating carefully, and fitting in daily exercise. The other day I had a Dr appointment and he was really impressed with how well the weight is coming off. I have to admit I was pretty proud of myself. ☺️
