So, I only walked 20 minutes briskly with Mufasa in the heat, and thought I was gonna die. I thought I did good, till I came to work, and an old lady co-worker said she walks an HOUR every day. I am so not there yet! 20 minutes at a time THIS month. Next month I can double it to 40!!!! Still gotta get my food intake straightened out!!! Haven't quite gotten that down yet!!
