Going on a little getaway for 24 hrs this Wednesday. The family is planning to have dinner at a Chinese buffet. In the past when I'd go to a buffet restaurant I would eat as much as I could, feeling like I need to eat my monies worth. In my 20's and 30's (I'm in my early 50's now) we were quite cash poor thus rarely if ever ate out. I will have to think differently, or I will mess up my diet! Wish me strength to stay on my diet!! 🤪
