Hi! Well, i just finished setting up my laptop so now it's much easier to write!! lol anyways, just back from a mini-vacay w/ my kids and grandkids. Have to get back on track which started today. I researched info on chia seeds and i'm sold!! lol so today had my very first overnight oats. Most recipes have honey or maple syrup so i used my sugar free french vanilla coffee syrup and it was awesome!! Feels great to be able to make comments now and feel apart of the community!!
