Has anyone tried the Metabolic Confusion plan? I read about it yesterday and it seems to make sense. It is geared to kickstart your metabolism so it doesn’t think it’s starving, by eating low calories for a certain number of days then high calories for the others and continue alternating.

Have not heard of it. There’s a ring of truth to this theory, but I guess it’s all about how you go about it. I would suggest staying away from extremes calorie wise. Keep it sustainable for the long run.
