Ga lapar kak wkwk mgkn masing2 kondisi tubuh dan aktivitas apa ya.. pas ini makan siang ny itu porsinya byk jd kenyang banget..malem ny malah smpet workout bntr sktr 15mnt..krn tkt keroncongan jd cemilan malam makn soyjoy 🤣🙏
