Tried to be very good today, since I'm starting to feel like the me I see in the mirror isn't the me I'm usually happy with. My goal weight isn't much, it's 30 lbs, so I want to get to 155 lbs by the end of the year. It's been amazing being able to stay in the 187s range (with some fluctuation) and today at the gym I measured 185.8. WOO! I have a lot of work to do still but I just have to be diligent. My legs feel like jelly but I am proud of starting to go full force and seeing what the future could hold.
