let's all motivate one another and get the results that we have all be craving for. I've come to realise that eating out all the time is really not good. if you allow yrself once a week only making sure that you will be strict on the other 6 days you will be able to achieve yr results stay away from sugar and carbs only high protein meals. I have yet to do any exercises due to back issues
