I went up to 45 days and then, I started eating a few more cabs, I am still doing IF, but you can only just eat meat for just so long. I am still sticking to the correct way of eating, just more carbs. I miss orange juice and vegetables, not so much fruit. I will weigh myself tomorrow and see what this last week has done. I feel good, but not in bondage to only meat. I like variety, the other way just bores my pallet.
