Right on the cusp...I'll take it...lol.
Fasting blood sugar is 7.0 mmol/L

My son gave me two thumbs up on his shortbread cookies when he came home from work last night.

Today is going to be a lazy day, I think. My joints are screaming at me cause of the weather outside so everything feels inflamed and swollen. I think it might be a Tiger Balm day if this keeps up.

My choice in pain meds are quite limited as I am allergic to ASA which means NSAIDS are also off the list which means most other meds are also off the list (like 95% of them). Arthritic Tylenol does work for the time being but I also use that sparingly because of my liver issues.

Yup, looks like Tiger Balm for the joints in the limbs and a hot water bottle for my spine sort of day today.

I wish you well for that difficult day. I give you a list of foods that fight inflamation: Tomatoes, straberries, blueberries,oranges ans cherries. Olive oil, leafy Green, spinach…ans fatty fish like salmon, makerel, tuna and sardines. Sometimes i take one big glass of water With bicarbonate de soude. Hope it will help you😘
