yup, the slow-mo way...lol. Fasting blood sugar is 7.4.

My son has put in a request for Shortbread cookies so I guess that is what I will be baking later today for him. I'll get to enjoy the smell of them but definitely will not eat them as they will have regular sugar and wheat flour in them. I will find something for me to make later but currently enjoying my first meal of the day - scrambled eggs.
