i have not been sticking to the low carb diet recently.. i never did make that grocery run, due to just being busy with other stuff, so ive been eating whatever everyone else had in the house. i feel pretty good regardless

Yeah, I haven't been making BAD choices, in general, but I got rather sick in early December and had to change my eating habits pretty drastically to turn things around. Now that I'm feeling better I've slacked off but I know I'm not at 100% yet so I really should be sticking to the plan. 🙄 Oh well, I'll get back at it sooner or later. I've just had other things going on recently. 🤷‍♀️
