Yeah ok so I have now resigned myself to the fact that 500 gms a week is going to be the way to go...my nurse said it is better to loose that than 2 kilos at a time ....slowly and steady but surely..other wise to much for the body to handle...what a wise lady ha.So if I can keep that up then in 31 weeks I will reach my goal...sounds like a long time but hey its not really when u look at how long I have been overweight..plus the advantages of doing it is never ending really.
