Dammit!

My fasting blood sugar today is 7.7 mmol/L.

And the product that won't be entering in my kitchen again is Bob Mill's Grain Free Flatbread Mix. And I know exactly which ingredient pushed my sugars high. It's the Cassava Flour. Never had it till I tried this mix (which has been sitting in my cupboard for 3 months).

Grumbles & growls - the trials and tribulations I put myself through.

Oh well, my son can try it or it can go to the garbage can. Not going to even figure out the carbs in the piece I ate last night. Not worth the effort.
Onwards to my next cooking project.
