For the love of God and all that is Holy, I wish these headaches will go away! Good grief! I weighed this morning and was up one pound, which is funny because I may have had 5 net carbs yesterday. It is what it is though. I didn't get to walk yesterday, but will today. That seems to help the most.
I am determined to see this thing through, though. I will reverse this diabetes.
