My fasting blood sugar today is 6.2 mmol/L.
I made a batch of Carrot Oatmeal cookies yesterday using my great-gran's recipe but swapping some ingredients. I think that recipe will be a work in progress because the texture isn't quite right. It was also my first time using Allulose and of course I forgot to reduce the temp by 25 degrees. I also changed the original flour with Victoria's Keto Kitchen's (youtube) Perfected Keto flour. And I removed the raisins. On a few cookies I put a single cranberry in the center and on another few I put a couple of Ghirardelli 60% cacao bittersweet baking chips. The flavour is good though, so that's a bonus. I will have to figure out the net carbs for the recipe and per cookie after all is said and done. I think great-gran won't mind me sharing once the work is done to perfect it ;)
