Help! Can anyone provide some insight? I have not lost much weight only 2-3lbs if that, but I’ve noticed I’ve lost some inches instead. Is this normal? I don’t exercise so it’s not muscle replacing fat cells. I consume approx 1,000 calories in total per day.

its normal. after a while of reduced calories your body gets used to that amount and you plateau. the way to break it is add exercise or some experts say to increase your calories by 30 percent for a day or two and disrupt your metabolism.
