Maaf bang ijin bertanya. saat IF kalori harian yg masuk dimakan hrs sesuai dg kalori saat diet tnp IF gak yaa? kalori harianku 1200kal. saat IF apakah tetap 1200 / kurang dr 1200? gmn yah sebenernya diet IF ini. klw defkal kalori yg dipangkas hrs brp jumlahnya? mohon infonya

Klau sya ushakan If di bwah 1200 cal. Dan pling mentok di angka 1200 itu. Penglaman sya metode bgthu manjur. 2 bln kurang trun 12Kg
