had a chicken shawarma pita for lunch but I was too focused on getting to my daughter's house to start packing and moving that I didn't take a pic. I found a listing here for one so I'm really guessing at the calorie count but it seems reasonable. my suppertime alarm just went n reminded me that I should write it down before I forget. not ready to eat again yet, but soon.. it's been a busy day.
