Ugh...I know I shouldn't weigh everyday, but I do. I get so excited when I eat right and so look forward to the next morning to see the rewards. Except when there aren't any. Dang. Weight used to come off so much faster back in the day. I am at the point where I would typically give up. Maybe try a new diet. I'm so torn between Weight Watchers and Low Carb. I've been on the low carb and have lost 15 pounds in the last month. But dang, it's hard. At least with Weight Watchers you can eat what you want (pretty much).
I'll keep plugging along though. The Lord is my strength.

I know how you feel. Maybe try changing up your activity. I don't know what you are doing now, but maybe add something new. Stay strong...

Your weight history is great! I don't do low carb, so I eat a small apple a day. The low carb fruits are 1/2 cup of blueberries, blackberries, red raspberries or strawberries. Choose high fiber low carb veggies: asparagus, celery, eggplant, Romaine lettuce, mushrooms, radishes, cabbage, bell peppers, Snow Peas (edible pod), zucchini squash, etc.
