i will be starting a crazy 3 hour a day 6 day a week on monday. (cardio, biking and walking) you all wish me some luck.... lol

You do realize that your muscles may retain water,increased exercise may slow the scale down,and if you're not used to all that exercise you may be really sore or injure yourself if not starting out slowly.If you can do it,I certainly am proud of you!! I know I can't do that,Alittle envy here! You go girl!!

Awww, thank you... i have worked my way up to that crazy routine. i`ll let you know how it go`s. i`m going to ride in the am, cardio when i get back, and walk in the pm. i`m going to try.... lol
