I am still excited about my new lowest weight in decades! I made a muffin in a minute with almond flour and it was yummy and sooo filling! Will try variations on it to find my perfect MIM.
Today I am washing clothes, must clean the bathroom and I hope to get motivated enough to do some baking!
Hoping for no more earthquakes today - hubby filled the car with petrol yesterday and reminded me that we usually get a big horrid quake after we have done that LOL. Thanks hubby! :p
