Post run dinner- Shoreline sushi, peppered smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, cucumber and tomato salad, with fried cabbage. It’s been one of those days, I needed a healthy meal to lift my spirits. That did the trick.

yum - I love sushi but cannot eat all the rice so I sometimes do shashimi

HCB - Same here. Sashimi is my go-to when I’m watching carbs. The downside is that the fats can be incredibly high depending on the fish. However, heathy fats…right? At least that’s what they say.

yes Sashimi is correct - I saw my typo spelling right after I posted it. Yes salmon and tuna have fats but I think the Omega s trump it for healthy
