eating again.. not supposed to be doing bread or butter but ive been craving it and im in a mood today.. also, 2 apples in a single day is probably more sugar than i need but whatever. i just want to eat EVERYTHING!

Have you ever tried the Promise Gluten Free Breads? It's not just for those of us who must be GF - my son occasionally eats a slice or two and he is not GF. It satisfies that bread craving but with lower carbs. And lol on the rest of your comments. I get like that too.

No, I haven't tried it. I cut processed foods out of my diet mid december, which included dairy and grain products, but mostly it was the sugar that I suspected was causing issues. It took about 3 weeks before I was feeling normal again but when covid hit all that went out the window and now I'm feeling the pain again, so it's looking like I might have to start from scratch. I was just getting to the point where I might consider looking for substitutions too. Thanks for the input though. I'll keep that on the back burner for now.
