not gonna weigh in today.. I'm up 🙄 n we'll leave it at that 😏 but my goal here is to keep track of my new lows, not to record every little yo-yo (which there tend to be a lot of) 😕 ..however, I have noticed this week that, on average, I'm burning about 100 calories a day just taking the dog out to pee 🐕 I just don't always remember to take my phone with me 😅 ..but it's nice to know. I'm still recovering from all the processed stuff I ate last week I think.. I still have aches in places that tell me so. I'm wondering if a bit of a fast might flush the last of it out of my system 🤔 because it is improving slowly.. just not quickly enough for my liking. 😑 stupid covid, takin all my energy n havin me make bad food choices. uuurg!

Don't forget all the other bits n bobs when it comes to "exercise". We burn calories just by being alive. We burn calories when we sleep, when we are resting, when we are cooking and cleaning and being on the computer and so on. They all count too. If you feel like you want to do a fast then by all means, go for it. Intermittent fasting will not hurt you as long as you are drinking water or a non-calorie drink. And everyone recovers differently from Covid. I know, it all takes time and sometimes we want to make things go faster but instead of focusing on the "bad" parts, focus on the positives you are doing now. You will get there - I have faith in you, even if you are not feeling it right now for yourself.

Yeah, everything burns calories 😏 but I can't be bothered to keep track of it all. The dog walks are something I sometimes get in the habit of pawning off on my husband when I'm feeling lazy, so I made a point of checking how many calories our regular daily strolls used up. It's a pretty decent chunk. I'm glad I checked. Now it's motivation to stick to the regularly scheduled program, rather than taking the lazy way out. 😉
