On again, off again and now I am determined to be permanently on again!
I feel positive about the changes that I am making, and that I finally have some thyroid medicine that works. I can do it!!
97.3 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
