4 hari ga olahraga karena habis liburan di jogja, pas sampe bandung period comes... thennnnn feel unmotivated, tired and lazy. Hari ini starting workout lg tapi rasanya veeeeery very unmotivated hfffft. Selama di jogja jg makan ga teratur bahkan sehari cuma makan 1 kali ngeskip makan terus dan skrg hormonal haid kyk gini.... 🥲
