I find, since I've cut out sugar, dairy and gluten (mostly) that my food options fill me up before I can possibly eat all the calories, even at a deficit.. I slacked on the elimination rules this week, while I was under the weather, and now I'm feeling the affects, which sucks but also confirms that the changes were necessary. I'm looking forward to feeling healthy again.
