Today's lunch and main meal for today:

1 can tuna drained well, 2 green onions finely chopped, mayonnaise. Mix well and put on 2 slices Promise Gluten Free Quinoa & Chia Loaf. My slices were toasted and buttered. Add 1/2 tuna mixture to each slice, add seasonings to taste (lots of ground pepper here) and enjoy.

Today I also added 1/2 Empire apple just to change things up for my taste buds.
