made a whole bunch of low carb yummyness and laid it out buffet style for all day grazing .. movie night with the kid.. taking a break from the work out and will pick up the pace tomorrow. Cheers every one..

I pick one major cook day for low carb cookies,bacon boiled eggs,cheese chips ,etc, than I just add dinner meats to them if I haven't made several meat loaves,or venison enchilada casserole ,faux mac and cheese(those last a few meals) just me and my guy here. I find if its pre made I am less likely to eat off grid
