Well, I suppose that's one way to lose weight. Be up all night with pretty violent food poisoning.

Tony and I both got it, but he got it much worse. We think it was the chicken salad we had for dinner, so I'll be throwing those leftovers out. Might even throw out the leftover frozen chicken, too, just to be safe. I do NOT play around with this sort of thing, so there will be a lot of disinfecting and refrigerator cleaning-out being done today.
