What a wonderful feeling I have tonight!!! I talked with my diabetes doctor today about the diet changes I have made on my own over the last month and the lows and morning highs I am experiencing. He took me off one of my pills!! I can't even tell you how that makes me feel!! I think he was in shock honestly...just to know what my blood work was a month ago (horrific)...that I ate TERRIBLY and never tested for the nearly 17 years since I was diagnosed and became his patient...and now, that ALL has changed. He adjusted my dosages to help level out the morning highs and now, we begin again. Working harder...adding exercise...keeping the food diary faithfully...testing regularly....JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!! C'mon Dory!!!
